Abstract

QUALITY ASSURANCE IN MOVING AND HANDLING EDUCATION: MYTH OR LEGEND

Introduction. 
The lack of quality assurance within moving and handling education leads to an inconsistency in training and practice.

Aim. 
This article discusses the implications for practice and the need for a more robust regulatory framework and standards to be adopted within the European Union.
