Biochemical aspects of purulent coxitis in an experiment

The aim of this research was to investigate the dynamics of changes of catabolism in the main biopolimers in bone tissue under purulent coxitis caused by acute hematogeneus osteomeitis and the activity of lysomal enzymes in blood serum that take part in this process. As a result, it was found that at the basis of changes of biochemical indicators in blood serum in animals with PC and AI lie difficult tissue pathological processes.
