Abstract

Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPases properties in lymphocytes of peripheral blood from men with erectile dysfunction were studied. It was shown that with age total Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPase activity and its activity in plasmatic membrane and endoplasmatic reticulum decreases, which leads to Ca2+ concentration growth in cytosole.
