Abstrakt

Przygotowano tabletki według dwóch przepisów zawierających diklofenak sodu i chlorowodorek papaweryny z różnymi substancjami pomocniczymi, które następnie przechowywano w komorze klimatycznej w celu zbadania stabilności substancji leczniczych. Badania wykazały, że tabletki zawierające skrobię ziemniaczaną, poliwinylopirolidon i mannitol zachowały swój kształt, niezmienioną zawartość substancji leczniczych po uzyskaniu równowagowej wilgotności względnej w tabletkach.
