Abstract

PATIENT CARE PROCESS MODEL OF MS BY ROY CALISTA

Introduction. Multiple sclerosis, a chronic autoimmune disease of the nervous system which occurs during the demyelisation and axonal disintegration of nervous tissue Causes a number of motor signs, sensory, cerebella, sensory disturbances, vision and many other. This often leads to disability, particularly among young people. A special type of model is Calisty Roy endearing man as a system in which many factors-cue-induced changes in the system, which many factors-cue-induced changes in the system. The purpose of nursing is achievement of the patient's adaptation.

Aim. The aim of this study was to apply the model Calisty Roy in the care of patients with MS.

Materials and methods. The study was conducted in the neurology department SPZOZ Mother and Child in. Analysis was used for analysis, medical records and an interview with the patient and family.

Results. Model Calisty Roy reveals the types of factors affecting patient care and problems in various stages of the disease. Nursing care of the patient prepared to adapt and identify and eliminate or minimize harmful agents that could interfere with this process.
