Rola współczucia, komunikacji i pracy zespołowej, a brakująca opieka pielęgniarska na oddziałach onkologicznych: wyniki z zakresowego przeglądu piśmiennictwa

Wprowadzenie. Brakująca opieka pielęgniarska obejmuje często (missed nursing care – MNC) to pomijanie lub opóźnianie opieki, wynikające z problemów systemowych, szczególnie groźne w onkologii, obciążające pacjentów i pielęgniarki.
Cel pracy. Opracowanie mapy i podsumowanie badań empirycznych – jakościowych, ilościowych i mieszanych – dotyczących roli współczucia, pracy zespołowej i komunikacji w multidyscyplinarnej opiece pielęgniarskiej wśród pielęgniarek onkologicznych.
Materiał i metody. Przeprowadzono przegląd zakresu badań zgodnie z ramami metodologicznymi Arksey i O’Malley. Przeprowadzono systematyczne przeszukiwanie pięciu elektronicznych baz danych: PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, CINAHL i ProQuest (Health and Medical Complete), a także ręcznie przeanalizowano listy referencyjne uwzględnionych artykułów w celu zidentyfi kowania dodatkowych badań. Kwalifi kujące się badania miały charakter empiryczny (metody jakościowe, ilościowe lub mieszane), zostały opublikowane w recenzowanych czasopismach i napisane w języku angielskim. Uwzględniono również tzw. grey literature, w tym rozprawy doktorskie. Dane zostały przedstawione w formie wykresów i przeanalizowane przy użyciu podejścia opartego na syntezie narracyjnej.
Wnioski. Niniejszy przegląd sugeruje, że praca zespołowa i komunikacja mają wpływ na występowanie zaniedbań w opiece pielęgniarskiej w onkologii, chociaż obecna baza dowodów pozostaje fragmentaryczna i ograniczona. Warto zauważyć, że kwestia współczucia nie została wystarczająco zbadana, a istniejące badania dotyczące komunikacji i pracy zespołowej często pomijają relacyjne i etyczne aspekty praktyki pielęgniarskiej, co podkreśla potrzebę przeprowadzenia bardziej kompleksowych badań.
