POSTRZEGANE ZAGROŻENIA DLA JAKOŚCI ŚRODOWISKOWEJ OPIEKI PSYCHIATRYCZNEJ NAD OSOBAMI DOROSŁYMI ZNAJDUJĄCYMI SIĘ NA MARGINESIE SPOŁECZNYM W SŁOWENII: JAKOŚCIOWE BADANIE Z UDZIAŁEM INTERESARIUSZY
Cel pracy. Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości opieki w zakresie zdrowia psychicznego stanowi podstawowy obowiązek państw opiekuńczych, obowiązek zawodowy oraz podstawowe prawo człowieka. Nadal jednak istnieją znaczne luki w wiedzy na styku potrzeb pacjentów a świadczeniem usług – zwłaszcza w odniesieniu do dostępności, jakości oraz skutków stygmatyzacji i dyskryminacji. Luki te w nieproporcjonalnie dużym stopniu dotykają osoby dorosłe z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, znajdujące się w sytuacji marginalizacji społecznej (SM) oraz wymagające szczególnej opieki medycznej (HV). W niniejszym badaniu analizuje się postrzegane zagrożenia dla jakości środowiskowej opieki psychiatrycznej (CMH) nad dorosłymi z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, wskazane przez różne zainteresowane strony. Ponadto bada się proponowane środki mające na celu ograniczenie tych zagrożeń.
Materiał i metody. Zastosowano podejście jakościowe, obejmujące trzy grupy fokusowe z udziałem specjalistów z zakresu zdrowia psychicznego oraz 26 częściowo ustrukturyzowanych wywiadów z osobami korzystającymi z usług, studentami, badaczami, ekspertami i decydentami.
Wyniki. Postrzegane zagrożenia podzielono na sześć obszarów tematycznych, natomiast proponowane działania ujęto w ośmiu kategoriach strategicznych. Niektóre z proponowanych działań mają szersze znaczenie dla poprawy opieki w zakresie zdrowia psychicznego oraz równości dostępu do usług, wykraczając poza kontekst krajowy.
Wnioski. Wyniki badań wskazują na pilną potrzebę utworzenia lokalnych grup zadaniowych ds. środowiskowej opieki psychiatrycznej oraz opracowania strategii sprzyjających włączeniu społecznemu, angażujących przedstawicieli samopomocy i pracowników środowiskowych, w celu przeciwdziałania systemowym zagrożeniom dla jakości środowiskowej opieki psychiatrycznej.
