Opinia studentów Akademii Pożarniczej na temat wykorzystania technologii Virtual Reality w nauce procedur kwalifikowanej pierwszej pomocy

Cel pracy. Celem badania była ocena opinii studentów Akademii Pożarniczej w Warszawie na temat wykorzystania technologii wirtualnej rzeczywistości (VR) w nauce procedur Kwalifikowanej Pierwszej Pomocy (KPP), ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem efektywności szkolenia i komfortu pracy w środowisku VR.
Materiał i metody. W dniach 26-31 października 2024 r. przeprowadzono przekrojowe badanie obserwacyjne z wykorzystaniem ankiety online. W badaniu wzięło udział 132 osoby. Autorska ankieta składała się z pytań demograficznych oraz pytań oceniających doświadczenia uczestników ze szkoleniami opartymi na VR, z wykorzystaniem pięciostopniowej skali Likerta.
Wyniki. Wszyscy respondenci wysoko ocenili przydatność VR w nauce KPP (mediana +2), a także jakość symulacji i presję czasu podczas realizacji scenariuszy. Większość uczestników nie zgłosiła znaczącego dyskomfortu wzrokowego ani problemów z równowagą, a obciążenie fizyczne uznano za minimalne. Nie stwierdzono statystycznie istotnych różnic pomiędzy grupami ze względu na płeć, wiek ani rodzaj programu studiów (p > 0,05).
Wnioski. VR jest wysoko ceniona przez studentów. Ćwiczenia z wykorzystaniem VR są dobrze tolerowane pod względem komfortu fizycznego i wizualnego, a brak istotnych różnic między grupami uczestników potwierdza uniwersalność tej metody szkoleniowej. Wyniki te wspierają szersze wdrażanie technologii VR do programów edukacyjnych ratownictwa medycznego.
