Odczuwany stres i strategie radzenia sobie z nim wśród personelu medycznego oddziałów psychiatrycznych – badanie przekrojowe

Cel pracy. Celem badań była ocena ogólnego poziomu odczuwanego stresu oraz strategii radzenia sobie z nim wśród personelu medycznego pracującego na oddziałach psychiatrycznych, a także określenie związków między wymienionymi zmiennymi, a czynnikami socjodemograficznymi i wymiarem czasu pracy.
Materiał i metody. Badanie przeprowadzono w grudniu 2025 roku wśród 121 pracowników szpitalnych oddziałów psychiatrycznych w województwie łódzkim. Zastosowano standaryzowane narzędzia badawcze – Skalę Odczuwanego Stresu (PSS-10), Inwentarz do Pomiaru Radzenia Sobie ze Stresem (Mini-COPE) oraz autorski kwestionariusz ankiety. Podczas analizy przyjęto poziom istotności α=0,05.
Wyniki. Ponad połowa badanych (54,6%) odczuwała wysoki poziom stresu, szczególnie osoby młodsze, z wyższym wykształceniem oraz lekarze. Czynniki stresogenne najczęściej określane przez badanych jako najistotniejsze w kontekście generowania stresu w ich miejscu pracy to agresja słowna, konieczność podejmowania szybkich reakcji na zaistniałe okoliczności oraz ryzyko wystąpienia błędu jatrogennego.
Wnioski. Personel medyczny oddziałów psychiatrycznych doświadcza wysokiego poziomu stresu, warunkowanego cechami demograficznymi i zawodowymi. Wzrost poziomu odczuwanego stresu sprzyja częstszemu stosowaniu strategii mniej adaptacyjnych. Uzasadnione jest wdrażanie szkoleń i systemowego wsparcia psychologicznego.
