Zależności między oceną relacji w rodzinie a oceną funkcjonowania dziecka i czynnikamipsychologicznymi u matek dzieci z diagnozą autyzmu i zespołu Aspergera

Cel pracy. Celem pracy była analiza zależności między oceną relacji w rodzinie a oceną funkcjonowania dziecka i czynnikami psychologicznymi (stylem radzenia sobie ze stresem, poczuciem wypalenia się sił, poziomem przystosowania się, koherencji, poczuciem wsparcia społecznego i zdrowiem psychicznym) u matek dzieci z zespołem Aspergera i autyzmem dziecięcym.
Materiał i metody. Badaniom poddano 70 matek dzieci leczonych w poradni zdrowia psychicznego (52 matki dzieci z zespołem Aspergera i 18 matek dzieci z autyzmem). W badaniach zastosowano baterię testów psychologicznych.
Wyniki: W grupie matek dzieci z autyzmem istotne zależności występują między oceną relacji w rodzinie a stylami radzenia sobie ze stresem i wypaleniem się sił. W grupie matek dzieci z zespołem Aspergera istotne zależności stwierdzono między oceną relacji w rodzinie a oceną choroby dziecka, poczuciem wypalenia się sił, poczuciem koherencji, wsparcia emocjonalnego i prężnością psychiczną.
Wnioski. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych analiz statystycznych sformułowano następujące wnioski: 1. Pozytywna ocena relacji w rodzinie przez kobiety wychowujące dzieci z autyzmem łączy się ze stosowaniem przez nie zadaniowego stylu radzenia sobie ze stresem, a ocena negatywna – z utratą podmiotowego zaangażowania. 2. Pozytywna ocena relacji w rodzinie przez kobiety wychowujące dzieci z zespołem Aspergera łączy się z poczuciem sterowności, wsparcia instrumentalnego, odporności psychicznej – prężności, a negatywna - z oceną choroby dziecka jako zagrożenia, poczuciem wypalenia się sił, utratą efektywności działania, przedmiotowego zaangażowania i obniżeniem kontroli emocjonalnej.
