Abstract

Nowadays it’s been noticed an increasing amount of publications about a psychotherapy. We can observe also perception of the supervision by scientists as field of specialist knowledge and independent discipline, which is the source of inspiration for create new, theoretical models and do the empirical researches into the psychotherapy. Despite of this, in the subject literature, we can perceive too little focus of attention on issue personality and specific abilities describing an ideal psychotherapy’s supervisor. This aspects of the supervision are regular ignore in scientist’s studies. The article presents some deliberations on importance of suitable competencies and personal characteristics which should be presented by professional and an effective supervisor of the psychotherapy. All this abilities create favourable environment for right supervision process. And also the examples of lists with the descriptions of indispensable supervisor’s predispositions which can be treat as a formal guidelines in evaluate trainee and validate professional authorizations. Appropriate supervisor’s competences affected not only on the therapeutic process but also influenced on future therapist’s correct and professional development. In widely point of view, it is important to remember that there aren’t any universally recognized guidelines or standards which describe personal, indispensable predispositions and traits for a superior’s profession.
