Zaburzenia percepcji emocjonalnej a ryzyko rehospitalizacjipsychiatrycznej u osób chorych na schizofrenię

Badania na temat zaburzeń poznania społecznego stały się w ostatnich latach jednym z bardziej istotnych kierunków poszukiwań w schizofrenii. Jedną ze składowych poznania społecznego jest percepcja emocjonalna. W licznych badaniach potwierdzono, że u pacjentów chorych na schizofrenię istnieje deficyt w zakresie rozpoznawania emocji. W poniższej pracy dokonano przeglądu dostępnej autorom literatury na temat deficytu percepcji emocjonalnej u pacjentów chorych na schizofrenię, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ewentualnego wpływu tego fenomenu na ryzyko ponownej hospitalizacji psychiatrycznej. W analizowanej literaturze nie znaleziono doniesień na temat bezpośredniego związku pomiędzy deficytem percepcji emocjonalnej a ryzykiem rehospitalizacji psychiatrycznej u pacjentów chorych na schizofrenię. Związek pomiędzy deficytem w rozpoznawaniu emocji a innymi objawami schizofrenii, zwłaszcza objawami negatywnymi został potwierdzony w wielu badaniach. Stwierdzono również powiązanie pomiędzy zejściem chorobowym i funkcjonowaniem społecznym a deficytem percepcji emocjonalnej. Ciekawym kierunkiem badań jest zagadnienie powiązań zaburzeń w rozpoznawaniu emocji z ryzykiem występowania zachowań agresywnych i rehospitalizacji u pacjentów chorych na schizofrenię. Zagadnienie dotyczące deficytu percepcji emocjonalnej i jego wpływ na obraz, przebieg i rokowanie w schizofrenii powinno być przedmiotem dalszych badań.
